Exchange:
We strive to deliver the correct products and sizes. If you receive the wrong product different from what was ordered or it doesn’t fit as per the ordered size , you can request an exchange of size for that particular product within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
If these conditions aren’t met, the exchange will not be processed, and the order will be returned back to the client. No other item can be exchanged for the original product, only size swap is possible within the same product style.

Refund Amount:
- If you return a product, the COD charges paid at the time of order will be deducted from your refund.
- A reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will also be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will go to the original payment account. Once the product is received, processing takes 1-2 business days, and the refund will appear in 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: The refund will be sent to the bank account provided during the return request, appearing within 7 business days.
If a returned product is used or inappropriate, it will be sent back to you with a shipping fee. If your return location is outside our serviceable area, you’ll need to arrange a courier, and no return shipping charges will be deducted.
Exchange Policy:
If you exhange a product, the COD charges paid during the inital purchase will be adjusted and no additional delivery fee will be charged for exchange if an incorrect size has been shipped to the client
A reverse pickup shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable if the client wishes to exchange the size even after the correct size been delivered as per the initial order
