Return Policy
Exchange:
We strive to deliver the correct products and sizes. If you receive the wrong product different from what was ordered or it doesn’t fit as per the ordered size , you can request an exchange of size for that particular product within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
If these conditions aren’t met, the exchange will not be processed, and the order will be returned back to the client. No other item can be exchanged for the original product, only size swap is possible within the same product style.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include the original packaging and tags. Items missing tags will not be accepted.
Size swap depends on meeting these conditions. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and email a photo of the issue at teamnotchindia@gmail.com .Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the exchange being declined.
Returns/Refunds:
We’re dedicated to bringing you the latest fashion at affordable prices with high-quality fabrics. Every outfit is handmade with hours of worksmenship, each product is curated and hence we donot acknowledge returns or refunds on orders placed.
Exchange Policy:
If you exchange a product, the Shipping charges paid during the initial purchase will be adjusted and no additional delivery fee will be charged for exchange if an incorrect size has been shipped to the client
A reverse pickup shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable if the client wishes to exchange the size even after the correct size been delivered as per the initial order
