Reverse pickup is chargeable at ₹150 

Ensure items are securely packed, with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number clearly marked. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Once received, the full product price will be refunded within 48 hours, deducting reverse pickup charge of ₹150 and cod charges if any.

Reasons for Failed Delivery:

Delivery may fail for the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete address.
• Recipient unavailable or incorrect phone number.
• Delivery location is restricted.
• Recipient has moved to a new address.

Note: If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be canceled with no refund.
